Maryam Iftikhar

Maryam Iftikhar is a Registered Massage Therapist and proud graduate of Bryan College, offering a full range of treatments from Deep Tissue to Relaxation massages.

Before becoming an RMT, she spent time working with the army, where she developed a deep appreciation for discipline, resilience, and the importance of physical well-being. As an athlete herself, she understands how much training and everyday life can demand from the body and how essential recovery is for feeling and performing your best.

Her goal is to help each client maintain strength, mobility, and balance, whether they’re training hard, working long hours, or simply looking to ease daily tension. Maryam creates a calm, supportive space where every treatment is tailored to help clients feel cared for, restored, and empowered in their wellness journey.
