Dr. Laura Mercuriano
Chiropractor & Clinic Owner
Dr. Laura Mercuriano has been serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as a Chiropractor since 2018. Since earning her degree, she has continued to expand her expertise, gaining certifications in acupuncture, Webster Technique, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and concussion management. She is known for her holistic approach to healthcare, blending science, education, and hands-on chiropractic techniques.
Dr. Therese Greencorn
Chiropractor
Dr. Therese believes strongly in an evidence-based and patient-centred approach. She recognizes that each person is unique and deserves a tailored treatment plan that is specific to their individual needs. Dr. Therese's treatment approach includes, but is not limited to, patient education, joint mobilizations/manipulations, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, and acupuncture/dry needling.
Beth Tsai
Registered Physiotherapist
Beth Tsai has been working as a Registered Physiotherapist since 2000. Over the past 23 years years, her clinical experience has been in private practice, long-term care, as well as home care. Beth enjoys working with differing client populations from elite athletes to weekend warriors to children to those who simply want to address their daily aches and pains.
Agnes Budyn
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist (Women Only)
Agnes is a pelvic health physiotherapist, specializing in women’s health. Known for her compassionate and caring nature, her focus is to educate women about their body, particularly in regards to the changes that happen during pregnancy, the postpartum period and menopause. She also works with patients experiencing painful intercourse and individuals with chronic pelvic pain.
Samantha Jimenez:
Registered Massage Therapist
Sam believes massage therapy is a powerful tool for calming the mind and reducing stress. She offers personalized treatments that promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being. Her sessions provide a holistic experience, fostering mental clarity and relaxation alongside physical relief. She has worked with stroke survivors, helped athletes recover, supported expectant mothers, and assisted those dealing with joint pain and arthritis.
Mihir Nadimiti
Registered Massage Therapist
Mihir believes in the transformative power of massage therapy for healing and wellness through his own experiences overcoming sports-related injuries. His approach includes Swedish massage, deep tissue manipulation, myofascial stretching, and trigger point therapy. Mihir is committed to working with clients at their own pace to achieve well-defined wellness goals. His empathetic nature and dedication to client care ensure a nurturing and effective massage experience.
Gigi Ketterer
Registered TCM Practitioner /Registered Acupuncturist
Gigi stands as an Advanced TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist. She approaches each patient with a deep sense of compassion, a keen diagnostic eye, and a holistic perspective that considers the interplay of body, mind, and spirit. Her treatments are not merely solutions to ailments but gateways to balance and vitality.
Dr. Karin McFarlin, ND, MA, BA, RHN
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Karin (she/her) is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who merges the most up-to-date medical science with holistic traditions. Her goal is to empower you on your healing journey, equipping you with tools, knowledge, and unwavering support. Dr. Karin has a particular interest in chronic illness and pain, autoimmune disorders, metabolic imbalances, weight resistance, holistic dermatology, and anti-aging medicine.
Ellice Strikwerda, MSW, BSW
Registered Social Worker
Ellice Strikwerda (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker who integrates therapeutic models to help clients' meet their mental health goals such as reducing stress, increasing self-compassion, and improving interpersonal dynamics. She has a particular interest in relationships (both within ourselves and with others), as well as trauma-centred approaches.
Sasha Ludavicius
Class Instructor
Sasha Ludavicius is a Toronto-based contemporary dance artist with a rich background in classical ballet and contemporary dance. A certified yoga, barre, and fitness instructor, Sasha incorporates a strong anatomical focus into her dynamic teaching style, emphasizing body awareness, alignment, and movement exploration in a playful environment. Outside the studio, she enjoys traveling, rock climbing, and sharing her global adventures .
Julia Torero
Class Instructor
Julia is a Toronto-based fitness instructor, and she is certified in strength training, Zumba, Pilates, and kick boxing. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, she grew up dancing to the Latino rhythms which have long influenced the essence of Zumba. Julia is known for her dynamic choreography that makes each session fun and interesting. Best of all, her classes are easy to
follow, even for beginners and elders.
Anissa Harris
Class Instructor
Anissa is an experienced fitness professional with over 20 years in group fitness and personal training. She specializes in pre/post-natal fitness, pelvic floor health, and youth sports performance. Anissa’s sessions are designed to empower, inspire, and meet diverse fitness goals, making each workout an experience tailored to your personal journey.

Client Experience Coordinator
Meet Trina, our Client Experience Coordinator at The Healing Theory, who blends a decade of professional dance and teaching experience with a passion for wellness. Trina has a rich background in arts administration and client services, making her perfectly suited to support our clients’ wellness journeys. When not at work, she enjoys the city’s arts scene and dotes on her cat, Ser Pounce.
