If you are pregnant and would like to join one of our classes, tell our experienced instructors. Each class can be can modified and adjusted to fit your needs and fitness-level!

Pricing: Drop-in Classes are $25 payable after your class or grab a pack of 5 classes for $100 or a pack of 10 for $150!
