Sasha Ludavicius is a seasoned dance artist from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She brings her extensive background in Ballet and Contemporary dance to her role as a fitness instructor. Her approach, rooted in a blend of yoga, barre, and personal training, emphasizes dynamic movement, body awareness, and anatomical strength.
