Set to a rhythmic pace, the class focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and posture while building strength. The smooth transitions between exercises create a flowing, continuous movement pattern, helping you increase body awareness and coordination. Suitable for all levels, Pilates Flow enhances both physical strength and mental focus, leaving you feeling refreshed and centred.

Sasha’s classes emphasis a dynamic practice that incorporates the connectivity of breathe to movement, while including the importance of developing body awareness. Her fusion style of teaching focuses on proper alignment, strength building, active and passive flexibility, and balance. Sasha is looking forward to facilitating and inspiring clients along their journey of movement exploration.
