About the Course
Through slow, flowing sequences, this practice will connect breath and movement, build strength, flexibility, and mobility while developing somatic awareness and a deeper focus and clarity. Each class is designed to provide a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being, suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Gillian Forsyth
Gillian has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including in-studio classes, corporate environments, individuals, and community groups. She finds it incredibly fulfilling to connect with so many people and share the transformational practice of yoga. Outside of teaching yoga, Gillian enjoys spending time with her partner, son, and pup, watching films, listening to music, reading, cooking, dancing around the kitchen, and exploring her lovely hometown of Toronto.
