About the Course
Break up your day with this dynamic noon Pilates class focused on building strength, stability, and endurance. Using controlled movements and core engagement, this session targets muscles throughout the body to improve posture, enhance mobility, and develop lasting strength—all without the strain of high-impact workouts.
Your Instructor
Zoe Glover
Zoe creates classes that are a blend of movement practices. Her teaching style integrating aspects of yoga, pilates, and functional strength to create unique movement combinations. You can expect gentle invitations and sequences that flow and build. Once form is found, exploration is encouraged with the idea that it doesn’t need to look like anything, it just needs to feel like something. Zoe is trained in perinatal fitness and yoga and is happy to chat before class about how to modify any exercise to work for the pre- or postnatal body.
