This Front Split Class is designed to guide you through a progressive series of active and passive stretches and conditioning exercises, that will systematically increase your flexibility and mobility. Throughout each week, you’ll gradually work towards achieving your front splits and enhance your lower body flexibility, to be able to move with greater ease and confidence in your daily life and athletic pursuits.

Sasha Ludavicius is a seasoned dance artist from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She brings her extensive background in Ballet and Contemporary dance to her role as a fitness instructor. Her approach, rooted in a blend of yoga, barre, and personal training, emphasizes dynamic movement, body awareness, and anatomical strength. Passionate about inspiring others, Sasha creates an engaging, playful environment for clients on their journey of movement exploration.
