As you progress through the sequence, you'll notice an increase in your ability to hold poses longer and with more stability. The integration of core work not only enhances the effectiveness of each asana, but also provides a comprehensive workout that benefits your entire body. This class is ideal for those looking to deepen their yoga practice, increase core strength, and develop mental focus and discipline. You'll leave feeling stronger, more centered, and empowered to tackle challenges both on and off the mat.

Sasha Ludavicius

Sasha Ludavicius is a seasoned dance artist from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She brings her extensive background in Ballet and Contemporary dance to her role as a fitness instructor. Her approach, rooted in a blend of yoga, barre, and personal training, emphasizes dynamic movement, body awareness, and anatomical strength. Passionate about inspiring others, Sasha creates an engaging, playful environment for clients on their journey of movement exploration.
