Rehana brings a thoughtful blend of expertise, compassion, and positivity to her role as a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She is passionate about supporting clients in building on their strengths and improving their overall quality of life. Rehana creates a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where pelvic health concerns can be discussed openly and with confidence.
With over a decade of experience as a physiotherapist, Rehana has pursued advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and supports clients through a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, menopause-related changes, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and more.
Outside of the clinic, Rehana enjoys exploring the city with her daughter, spending time outdoors, and bringing creative ideas to life through a variety of projects.
Rehana holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University. She is registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
