About the Course
This class focuses on releasing tension in the body and mind. By holding gentle stretches while connecting with the breath and incorporating mindfulness exercises, we calm the nervous system and invite a state of deep relaxation. This class is a great way to transition from a busy day into a restful evening.

Gillian Forsyth
Gillian has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including in-studio classes, corporate environments, individuals, and community groups. She finds it incredibly fulfilling to connect with so many people and share the transformational practice of yoga. Outside of teaching yoga, Gillian enjoys spending time with her partner, son, and pup, watching films, listening to music, reading, cooking, dancing around the kitchen, and exploring her lovely hometown of Toronto.
