About the Course

Roll and Stretch combines foam rolling and deep stretches to improve mobility, increase flexibility and promote active recovery. In this class you will explore the benefits of foam rolling, yoga-style deep stretches, breath-work, personal tactile adjustments, and mindful relaxation. This class will help you release tension and optimize muscle recovery. For a limited time only, this class will be available on Friday, August 2nd, 9th. & 16th!

Your Instructor

Sasha Ludavicius

Sasha Ludavicius is a seasoned dance artist from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She brings her extensive background in Ballet and Contemporary dance to her role as a fitness instructor. Her approach, rooted in a blend of yoga, barre, and personal training, emphasizes dynamic movement, body awareness, and anatomical strength. Passionate about inspiring others, Sasha creates an engaging, playful environment for clients on their journey of movement exploration.
